The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Agency was established on August 17, 2007 and is the lead Agency within the Government’s framework with responsibility for enforcing and promoting compliance with the OSH Act of 2004 (as amended). The Agency is a multi-stakeholder advisory body to the Ministry of Labour.
